The session begins by contrasting the common “set-and-forget” approach with how more experienced owners view retirement plans as part of their broader compensation, retention, and risk-management strategy. As businesses mature, the cost of disengagement increases, and small oversights become harder to unwind. This training equips business owners with a clearer understanding of how thoughtful oversight, participant support, and periodic review can significantly improve outcomes for both employees and the business.
