Following a brief opening session, participants will select the breakout room that best matches their current needs: Business Registration — Understand the key steps involved in formally registering and establishing a business. Business Planning — Strengthen your business concept and identify the essential elements of an effective business plan. Seeking Funding — Explore funding options, understand what lenders and funders look for, and assess your readiness to seek capital. Tax Compliance — Learn about important tax responsibilities, recordkeeping practices, deadlines, and compliance requirements. Each breakout room will be facilitated by a knowledgeable business advisor. Participants will receive practical guidance, have an opportunity to ask questions, and leave with a clear assignment or next step to complete after the clinic.

Registration and Fees: Payment of seminar fees may be made by check, money order or credit card. Payment must be received to guarantee your space in an event. You may receive special payment instructions by email once you register to the event

Refund Policy: If you wish to request a refund, please contact the conference organizer listed above to discuss. You may also elect to send a substitute in your place. If the event is cancelled, all fees will be returned.
