Description: Producing financial statements is only half the job — the value comes from using them. This webinar teaches Business owners how to move from reviewing reports to making decisions with them. Participants will learn how to compare results across periods, build a simple budget-to-actual review, calculate and interpret a handful of meaningful measures such as gross margin, breakeven, and working capital, and separate profit from cash. The session will also cover the warning signs that indicate an accounting problem rather than a business problem, the questions to ask a bookkeeper or accountant each month, and how AI-generated analysis can help summarize trends while still requiring the owner's judgment.
Presenter, Bev Stitely; Saunders Tax & Accounting
