The restaurant industry operates on razor thin margins and those who survive understand their costs of operations. This webinar is presented to give those in the industry, as well as those interested in starting a food business, the background in costs of goods, staffing needs, labor costs, weekly sales projections, Profit and Loss projections, and other cost cutting best practices. Presented by Kevin McVearry, an industry consultant specializing in the restaurant and hospitality industry at all levels of operations from start-up concepts to existing businesses. Kevin has spent over 25 years opening and operating restaurants, bars, and events across the country, including 18 years in Los Angeles. Kevin has extensive knowledge in new venues, including design, construction, budgeting, menu development, promotions, and customer acquisition and retention. He is also experienced in recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching employees of all levels including senior management.
